Information on how to enter the “WIN A HOLIDAY” Promotion and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry.


How to Enter:

  • The WIN A HOLIDAY entry form will be distributed at the Darlington Beach booth at the Agquip Rural Show. Entries must be placed into the entry box at the show during the promotional period and include their name and any other information so requested.
  • Only one entry per entrant is permitted.
  • Competition entry is open to NSW residents only.
  • Employees and directors of the Promoter, related companies, subsidiaries or affiliates and such Employees’ immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Draws and Prizes:

  • The prize includes a 3 night stay for up to two adults and two children in a Gumnut Villa at Darlington Beach Holiday Park, with continental breakfast for 4 daily, free Golf, 4 hour go-kart hire, full day bike hire and 4 free archery lessons.
  • Prize Value: $777
  • Winner will be notified on 21/08/09 by telephone and in writing.
  • Winners name will be published on the Darlington Beach Website on 22/08/09.
  • Booking must be made by phone, not online.
  • Stay must be for between 1 September 2009 – 31 August 2010 in low season only.
  • The winner (and their companion(s)) are responsible for all other expenses and ancillary costs including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers, laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals and any extras not detailed in above prize.  
  • Stay is subject to availability.
  • No further discounts or specials apply.
  • Prize package must be taken as one – not broken down into separate elements.
  • Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, and not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  • If for any reason a winner does not take an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the promoter, then that prize, or element thereof, will be forfeited.

Liability:

  • The Promoter in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the rules and terms, make prize substitutions or cancel this competition without notice. Subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.
